Carob Honey made in the Monastery of Holy Archangels
The carob honey is produced from the charob trees of the Holy Monastery of Arcangels.It is a Syrup that extracted from the pods of the carob tree. It has a mild sweet flavor and is used as an alternative sweetener from those who are unable or unwilling to consume sugar. Enjoy it in cookies, in cakes, in oatmeal, with tahini, in hot or cold drinks, yogurt, ice cream, and risottos.
