Nutritional supplement for relaxiation and calmness, based on the experience and knowledge of the monks at the Holy Great Monastery of Vatopedi on Mount Athos. Each pack contains 60 capsules with the following ingredients:
Concentrated Lemon Balm Extract (Melissa officinalis) 120 mg.
Concentrated Valerian Extract (Valeriana officinalis) 120 mg.
Concentrated Passiflora Extract (Passiflora incarnata) 120 mg.
Starch 80 mg.

Dosage: 1 capsule, twο times per day.

Phytocapsule cover: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, suitable for vegetarians.
