Saint Urania is one of the 40 Holy Virgins. They lived during the time of the Roman Emperor Licinius in Adrianople, Thrace. The leaders of the region arrested them as Christians and urged them to worship idols. All of them denied and then they were martyred. They celebrate on September 1st.
