Saint Hilarion the Great was born in 333 AD in a village near Gaza from idolatrous parents. He went to Alexandria to study and there, he met the Christian faith and eventually was baptized a Christian. He lived in the dessert, wandered and finally offered his soul to God. Saint Hilarion celebrates on October 21st.
