The Holy Martyr Kyriaki was born in Nicomedia from Greek parents Dorotheos and Eusebia. Since she was born on Sunday, the Lord's Day, she was given the name Kyriaki, the Greek word for Sunday. She lived during Diocletian emperor era and she martyred by decapitation for Christ. Saint Kyriaki celebrates on July 7th.
