Beneficial properties: The specific action of the extracts of basil, fennel, but mainly of lavender, combined with the propolis in pine honey, calms and helps in mental relaxation and insomnia. Specifically, lavender has an impact on our brain, which subsequently secretes the Serotonin hormone that offers calmness and relaxation to the senses.

Ingredients: pine honey, propolis, extracts of basil, fennel and lavender.

Use: One teaspoon of propolis honey 2-3 times per day with slow swallowing. Alternatively you can dissolve it in a cup of lukewarm water or another beverage.

Ultrasound extraction of propolis. It is very important to note that propolis is incorporated into the honey, not as a tincture of alcohol, which is the commonest form of use of propolis, but with the use of ultrasound. With this new technology, a direct extraction of propolis in the honey is caused. This way, the use of alcohol, to which many people are allergic or sensitive, as well as the risk of separation of the final product, are being avoided.
Using ultrasound is a modern and highly effective method in the extraction process. In this new procedure, physical and chemical phenomena, which are basically very different from those used in the conventional extraction methods, are being used. This method enhances the quality of the product, reduces the likelihood of physical and chemical hazards and is more environmentally friendly. The combinations of extracts (essential oils) with propolis and honey are designed according to international studies and are the best possible for the wanted effect in each case.
