Saint Eustathius was an officer in the Roman army and served the emperor Trajan. When he attained Christianity they removed his military position and exiled him. He was killed together with his wife Theopisti and their children, Agapio and Theopisto, in a burned bronze ox. Saint Eustathius celebrates on September 20th.
