Rules and Restrictions of Delivery
 - Orders are sent only on weekdays. The working days are Monday to Friday, except national holidays.
 - All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
 - Due to practical difficulties in sending certain periods of the year when the weather is fickle and the ferries from Dafni Mount Athos did not take place, the delivery time is extended until the ferries reinstated.
It should be noted that Mount Athos is connected only by sea with the rest of mainland Greece.

For your service, your order is shipped via ACS Courier or ELTA GREEK POSTALS, with which we cooperate and are the only transport companies that have stores in Mount Athos. The choice is made by us according to your place of residence and always on the basis of the most economical solution for you. For specific details and information on our shipping options, check out our Shipping Information page.

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Monastiriaka. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received.   Monastiriaka will refund the product cost only; shipping and customs fees are not refundable.  

Monastiriaka accepts payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, wire transfer and Western Union. All orders are processed in EUR currency and USD (USD only via Paypal). If a credit card is used for the purchase, the issuing credit card company will bill the charge in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
In an effort to protect the security of our customers, authorization information may be required for international purchases. The authorization process is required for first-time payments, but subsequent orders using the same payment method are not subject to the authorization process.  Please reply to any requests at your earliest convenience to avoid processing delays or cancellation of the order.
