Currant bread

Ingredients:

3 water glasses of orange juice
3 water glasses of sugar
2 water glasses of oil
3 tea spoons of bicarbonate soda
1 tea spoon of cloves in powder
2 tea spoons of cinnamon
Flour
Lemon zest
½ kilo of currant
1 sachet of vanilla
1.5 tea spoon of baking powder


We dilute the sugar in the oil, we pour the orange juice in which we have already diluted the bicarbonate soda and then we add the rest of the ingredients. Finally we add the floured currants. We bake the currant bread in a medium temperature.
