Engraved green olives, biological culture, made in the olive groves of the Monastery of the Annunciation at Ormylia Chalkidiki. The Athonite oregano from the mountain of Simonopetra of Mount Athos, the aromatic lemon, the bay leaves, the extra virgin olive oil and the sea salt accompany these unique, sweet monastic olives from the dependency of Simonopetra in Ormylia of Halkidiki.
The debittering takes up to nine months and is done only with natural - traditional methods without the use of chemicals. In this way the olive maintain all their organoleptic characteristics.
Ingredients: Organic green olives in brine of sea salt.
Acidity regulator: citric acid
Kept in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening the package keep refrigerated.
