In the protected forests of Mount Athos (NATURA 2000) there is lush vegetation, creating a unique environment for the production of honey. The monks in the Holy Monastery of Docheiariou follow only natural methods of processing and offer to us three varieties of excellent quality honey; Chestnut honey, Erica Manipuliflora honey and Pine honey.
