RETURNS POLICY

The customer has the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date it was received.

Products must be in perfect condition, as received by the customer, with no tags or other markings removed.

Products to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document.

The costs for the return of the products are borne exclusively by the customer. In case of defective products or their destruction due to poor packaging, the return costs are borne by MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS.

The return/replacement of the products will only be accepted after inspection and approval by the company. MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is not obliged to replace them.

The customer has the absolute responsibility of sending the products, in safe packaging, to the address where the company MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS is based. MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products during the transport in the process of returning them from the customer and is not obliged to replace them. In addition, MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS is not responsible for goods lost during return.

Replacement of Products

If the customer wishes to replace a product or products and there is a difference in the price of the new products, the customer shall bear the cost.

If the new product has a lower price than the replacement product, the customer should choose additional product(s) to purchase of equal or greater value than the replacement product or request a refund as stated below.

The customer can register his request to the contact email info@monastiriaka.gr.

If the customer wishes to replace a defective product/products, it should first be ensured through photographs that there is an obvious manufacturing defect and that it did not arise from the customer's use of the product. Please attach the photographic evidence to the contact email info@monastiriaka.gr. Products that show damage due to use and wear by the customer are not considered defective.

Money return

If the customer does not wish to replace products, but a refund, he/she can contact MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS at the contact email info@monastiriaka.gr to register his request.

In this case, the customer should return the package with the products of the order, so that the integrity of the products can be examined by MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS. Once the customer's request is reviewed and accepted, the refund is made within 2-5 business days.

In any case, the time for the crediting of the refunded amount is clearly the responsibility of the competent bank andMONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS is exempted from any responsibility for any delays.

MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS may delay the refund if it has not received all the products to be returned or the proof of payment.

Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer when completing the order, the refund is made accordingly:

- For payments by credit/debit card, the refund is made to the same card.

- For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit, you must inform us of the specific bank you wish to deposit the money to, the IBAN of a Bank account, as well as the Beneficiary's Name.

- For purchases via Paypal, refunds are made via Paypal.

The amount that will be returned to the customer does not include the shipping costs paid for sending the products, since the order has already been sent by MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS.

If the customer's request for a refund has been registered before the order has been shipped, then the shipping costs paid by the customer for shipping the products are included in the refund amount.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the products of his order without being obliged to disclose the reason for the return and to request a refund, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier company (according to Law 2251/1994).

Depending on the payment method chosen by the customer when completing the order, the refund will be made accordingly, as mentioned above.

The declaration of withdrawal can be sent by email to the contact address info@monastiriaka.gr.

Once we receive the customer's request for product replacement or refund, we will contact you as soon as possible, by phone or email, about the progress of the process.

In case of repeated returns by the customer, MONASTIRIAKA AGION OROS reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of product/s, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products (article 281 of the Civil Code). In this case, the consumer bears any costs that arise due to the abusive exercise of his rights.
