Ingredients:
500 g. mushrooms
1 medium onion, grated
4 tablespoons self-rising flour
Salt, pepper
Parsley, chopped
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Wash, chop the mushrooms and mix with all the ingredients. Heat oil and pour the mixture into the pan by using a spoon. If it’s necessary, add some extra flour.
