Ingredients: lavender, lemon balm, mint, rhodiola and dried orange peels.
Use: You can drink the monastic herb mixture as an infusion. Add the appropriate amount of boiled water to the herb mixture and cover it for 10 minutes to bring out its rich aroma and therapeutic substances. Then strain and serve.
