Saint Arsenios the Cappadocian was born around 1840 AD, in Farassa in Cappadocia. When he was twenty-six years old he went to the Flavian Monastery of Timios Prodromos (Zinji-Dere), where later he became monk and took the name Arsenios. Saint Arsenios the Cappadocian celebrates on November 10th.
