Silver-plated icon with Saint Paraskevi in a wooden frame. The icon is richly decorated with embossed Byzantine designs composed of a special, durable metal alloy, impregnated with pure silver 999. The special treatment with the PVD method, as well as the excellent quality silkscreen printing according to the standards of Byzantine iconography, create the final result of the icon that remains unchanged over time. The icons of this series can be hung on the wall with the hook they have.

Saint Paraskevi was born in Rome in the years of Emperor Antoninus (138-160 AD). Despite the terribly tortured by the Emperor, she managed to survive, and she continued to preach the Gospel; reaching even Greece in order to preach. Saint Paraskevi celebrates on July 26th.
