Wooden Byzantine Cross with the Crucified Jesus Christ

Handmade, byzantine cross, carved on boxwood, inserted in a pear wood frame. At the center, Jesus Christ is depicted on the Cross of Calvary, surrounded by carved decoration and the initials ΟΒΤΔ, which mean the King of Glory (in Greek "Ο Βασιλεύς της Δόξης"). The handicraft is made on Mount Athos.
