For shipments outside Greece, the practice of cash on delivery does not apply. The costs for the purchase of the products and their transport abroad must be paid in advance by credit card or PayPal or a bank transfer has been deposited into the company's account.

Shipping methods

The orders are sent through the cooperating courier companies. The customer can choose between ACS Courier, General Post and EL.TA for Greece and DHL courier or EL.TA (Greek Post Office) for abroad.

Delivery time of the products from us

The delivery of the products to the courier company for shipment, as long as they are immediately available from our company, are made the next working day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon. Delivery Time by Transport/Courier Company

The company is not responsible for the final delivery time of the order from the courier company to the consumer, a responsibility which rests exclusively with the latter.
