Chocolate Crunch (Kormos)

Ingredients:
250 g. of vegetable butter
100 g. of caster sugar
100 g. of cocoa
200 g. biscuits
1 water glass of smashed and roasted walnuts
½ water glass of brandy

Instructions:
Mix the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes, add the chocolate and mix the mixture well. Smash the biscuits in small pieces and sprinkle them with brandy. Add the biscuits with the walnuts in the butter mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well. Shape the mixture in a roll about 5 cm in width, cover it with silver foil and put it in the fridge to freeze.
