Bells are an integral part of Christian life and the ecclesiastical tradition. The sound of the bell can be joyful, mournful, fast and intense or slower, depending on the purpose for which the bell is rung. In earlier times, but even today in many areas, the faithfuls are informed by the ringing of the bells about the beginning of the Liturgy, about great celebrations and doxologies, about the last farewell to loved ones or for other reasons. In any form, the ringing of the bell functions symbolically for all Christians as a call from the Lord to come to the Church, the house of God that will strengthen our faith to continue the journey of life on the path of the Lord.
