Ingredients:
1 kilo of semolina (half of it coarse and half of it finely ground)
½ kilo of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground mastic
2 glasses of water
1 glass of orange juice
2 sachets of baking powder
Syrup: 4 glasses of water, 4 glasses of sugar
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients carefully and gently. Bake it at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle the hot syrup on the pastry when it is still hot.
