Artichokes with Tachini (Oil free)

Ingredients:
10 artichokes
6-8 small dry onions
1 bunch dill
3-4 carrots
6-8 small potatoes
2-3 lemons
2-3 tablespoons tahini
Salt

Instructions:
Boil artichokes in a saucepan, without adding any salt. When they boil, mix tahini and lemon in a pot and pour some broth from the artichokes slowly. When the mixture with tahini is thin enough, pour it slowly into the pot. After it boils for a while, remove from heat.
