Omelette with Bananas

We mix the butter with the sugar. We add the lemon peels and  then the flour with the baking powder. We butter a baking pan N. 25. We split the mixture in two pieces, we  put the first piece in the baking pan and crumble it  to be like breadcrumbs by using our fingers.

In a skillet sauté the onion in the olive oil and add successively the pumpkin, potato and cumin. Add hot water to cover up the materials and pepper.
Boil the soup for about 20 minutes. Remove it from the heat, add the parsley and whisk in a blender until dilute acquired texture cream, checking the water and salt.
