The priests in Orthodox Church use the Holy Chalice to place the Offertory, that is the body and the blood of Jesus Christ. Chalice symbolizes the cup that Jesus Christ used in the Last Supper. During the Holy Liturgy, the priest mixes wine with a little bit of water, in order to bless and transmute it into the blood of Jesus Christ. The wine and the water symbolize the blood and the water that ran from the body of Our Lord while He was on the Cross of Calvary. In our collection you can find gold-plated or nickel-plated Holy Glass, Disk, Asterisk, Spear and Tweezers.
